Harrison Drury expands residential property team with latest appointment

Harrison Drury has appointed experienced associate solicitor Lauren Sumner to join its residential property team.

Lauren graduated from the University of Central Lancashire with a first-class Undergraduate Master of Law Degree and joins after spending five years working at Complete Convey Property Lawyers. Before this, she spent four years at AMS Solicitors where she qualified as a solicitor in 2017.

She will be responsible for dealing with a range of property transactions including sales and purchases, both freehold and leasehold, remortgages and transfers of equity.

Lauren will be based at our Preston office but will provide support to clients across the region.
