ConstructionJeremy advises on a range of construction related matters.
His experience is in professional indemnity with a focus on construction professionals, having previously focussed on property professionals. Latterly, he has gained experience in non PI construction claims under a building guarantee policy and wider contentious construction work such as payment disputes, termination disputes and procurement investigations. Jeremy is also experienced at insurance policy coverage work.
Jeremy has worked in different environments within professional indemnity and construction including private practice, insurers (brokers and a run off insurance claims company) and in-house. So he is experienced at dealing with the needs of different clients, whether individuals, companies, insurers or internal stakeholders.
Outside of work you can find me…
Jeremy enjoys playing and watching sport (particularly football), travelling, attending live music concerts and stand up comedy, plus cooking.
