Residential ConveyancingKatie has 25 years’ conveyancing experience, acting for clients in their sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages.
During her career to date, Katie has managed fee earners and managers, overseeing their development as they progress through their careers
Areas of expertise are freehold, leasehold and shared ownership.
In recent years Katie has also taken a technical advisory role, advising the business regarding property law matters.
An additional role held as Adviser to the CILEX Specialist Reference Group.
Outside of work you can find me…
Katie is a busy mum to 2 sporty boys and spends a lot of time on the sidelines!
She also enjoys cooking and going to as many music events as possible.
