Residential ConveyancingClaire joined Harrison Drury as a Licensed Conveyancer in the residential property team in October 2025. Clair brings over 20 years’ experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing.
Claire worked for a number of years at a well-established and highly respected practice in Garstang, where she built trusted relationships within the local community and developed extensive experience in residential property matters. In addition, she has gained valuable experience acting for investors, developers, and large lending corporations, with expertise in both freehold and leasehold transactions, new build properties, and auctions. Claire also has strong connections with local estate agents and other property professionals, allowing her to offer clients a seamless and efficient service from start to finish.
She is known for her approachable manner, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional client care throughout every stage of the conveyancing process.
