Commercial Dispute Resolution & AvoidanceHannah qualified as a Solicitor in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution team in September 2023, having joined Harrison Drury in 2020 as a Paralegal. She began her Training Contract with the firm in 2021.
Hannah holds a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Sociology from Edge Hill University. In 2019, she completed the Graduate Diploma in Law at the University of Central Lancashire, achieving a Distinction and receiving the Law School Prize for Best Performance. She went on to complete the LLM in Legal Practice in 2020, graduating with a Distinction.
Hannah advises both individuals and businesses on a broad range of commercial disputes, including shareholder and partnership disputes, defamation, professional negligence and contractual claims. She adopts a pragmatic and commercially focused approach and has supported clients through mediation, settlement negotiations and formal litigation.
Hannah is recognised for her clear and approachable communication style and her ability to quickly grasp the commercial realities facing her clients.
Outside of work you can find me…
Hannah enjoys keeping active by going to the gym, swimming and going for long walks. Hannah also enjoys spending time with friends, family and her ginger and white Norwegian Forest cat, Charlie. She also loves cooking and is always trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
A keen traveller, Hannah has visited 25 countries to date. Two standout trips include going on safari in South Africa and soaking up the live music and atmosphere of the honky tonks in Nashville, Tennessee.
