Insolvency & RestructuringJoe has previous experience in a variety of legal areas including asset based lending, corporate and litigation and dispute resolution, advising clients on breach of contract, professional negligence and intellectual property disputes.
He has acted on behalf of and advised companies, individuals, directors, creditors and office holders on a range of insolvency matters in respect of both contentious and non contentious assignments. These include drafting and submitting winding up and bankruptcy petition process and applications to set aside statutory demands.
Outside of work you can find me…
Joe is eager to spend as much time outdoors as possible, either running, hiking, surfing or mountain biking. He also has a keen interest in music and can usually be found playing the guitar or banjo in his spare time.
