Professional Background:

Charlotte completed her Common Professional Exam in Law and Legal Practice Course at the University of Central Lancashire in 2005.

Charlotte then joined Napthens LLP qualifying in 2007 and remained with Napthens LLP until 2023. She has been STEP qualified since 2009.

Over the last 15 years Charlotte has provided expert advice on complex estate administration including assets overseas,  Wills to accommodate tax and succession planning, Court of Protection applications and powers of attorney  and trust administration.

Personal Interests:

With 2 young children, Charlotte enjoys following her sons football team and daughter’s ice skating. She is an avid reader and any free time is spent walking the dog while listening to a podcast.
