Hayley joined Harrison Drury in June 2018, having previously worked for large regional commercial firms. She studied Criminology at Birmingham City University where she obtained a first class honours degree before completing the Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course.
She is a Solicitor in our Litigation Department and specialises in dealing with all aspects of property litigation. This ranges from advising and assisting commercial clients with matters such as lease renewals, dilapidation claims, forfeiture of leases and residential landlords with matters such as rent arrears, possession proceedings, dealing with trespassers and disputes relating to repair obligations and service charge disputes and breach of covenants.
She also specialises and can assist with a wealth of general property and land disputes including adverse possession claims, right of way and boundary disputes and disputes regarding restrictive covenants.
Hayley has also developed expertise in enfranchisement and lease extensions.
Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and friends and keeping fit especially running and attending gym classes. She also enjoys cooking, days out with the family and planning the next holiday trip!
