Leisure Sector Update: Government consultation on terrorist attacks

The Government have opened a consultation in relation to new laws to ensure we are better prepared for, and protected from, terrorist attacks. The new law proposes that the ‘standard tier’ property will have a capacity of 100-799 and the ‘enhanced tier’ property will have a capacity of 800 or more. The consultation seeks views to ensure the new requirements do not place undue burdens on smaller businesses while still protecting the public.
