Harrison Drury recognises growing talent with five new promotions
We’re proud to announce we’ve made five promotions across our regional teams, underscoring our commitment to offering outstanding career development opportunities.
Tracey McCambridge from our residential property team has been promoted from legal director to partner.
Lucy Benton, a senior associate solicitor in our commercial property team and head of our Kendal office, has been promoted to the role of legal director.
Catherine Worthington in our commercial property team and Scarlett Richardson from our wills, trusts and probate team have both been promoted from associate to senior associate solicitor.
Rachael McDonagh, also part of our wills, trusts and probate team, has been promoted from solicitor to associate solicitor, as well as being made branch leader for our Garstang office.
Our managing partner Simon England commented: “Giving people the opportunity to progress and realise their potential is a key strand of our workplace culture. These well-deserved promotions are a clear reflection of this ethos and of the ambition we have for our people and the firm as a whole.
“It’s always rewarding to see our colleagues step into new roles and continue their journey with us, especially as they have come into the profession from different routes or have joined us at different stages of their career.”
Between them, Tracey, Lucy, Catherine, Scarlett and Rachael have accrued over 30 years of service, with Rachael having joined the firm as a legal apprentice straight from college.
The latest promotions come after we made 26 promotions across our teams and offices in 2025, demonstrating our strong commitment to developing people and helping them grow their careers.
