New head for Harrison Drury’s conveyancing team


Harrison Drury Solicitors in Preston have appointed Duncan Rawlinson as a director to head up our residential conveyancing team.

Duncan joins after six years as a partner and head of residential conveyancing at Linder Myers solicitors, based at its Lytham office, and has a number of specialisms within conveyancing, including property transactions for high-net-worth individuals, major relocation projects and cross-border transactions between England, Scotland and Ireland.

He is recognised as a leading provider of legal services by a number of major international relocation companies and often advises senior management and senior employees of companies that relocate business operations to other areas of the UK.

Duncan, who lives in Garstang, Lancashire, said: “It feels good to be part of the Harrison Drury family. The firm has grown in a sustainable way over the last few years and has a great culture. I’m relishing the prospect of helping the firm further enhance its residential conveyancing service.”
