Josh Bragg and Hannah Hughes.

Hannah Hughes, partner and co-head of our commercial property team, said: “Continuing to add breadth and depth to our commercial property team across the North has been a key part of our growth strategy and means we can support even more developers, investors and businesses across the region.

“Josh is a strong senior hire who brings lots of relevant experience in development-led projects. His background advising on complex transactions and focus on building lasting relationships with clients make him a great fit for our growing Manchester team.”

Josh added: “Manchester is clearly an important part of Harrison Drury’s growth, and there’s a real sense of momentum building within its commercial property team which I am very excited to be a part of. The firm’s reputation in the North West, commitment to its people and the supportive culture it has built was a big draw for me.”
