Professional Background:

Prior to joining Harrison Drury, Zoe graduated with a First Class Honours degree in Law from the University of Central Lancashire. In 2020, she completed the Legal Practice Course after studying part-time over two years, whilst also working at least four days a week in the law.

Initially, Zoe began working for Harrison Drury as a paralegal and after impressing her colleagues with her hard-working and pro-active attitude, Zoe was offered a training contract to gain the experience to become a qualified solicitor. She completed her training contract in March 2022 and qualified into the Property Litigation team.

Zoe assists the more senior fee earners in the team, whilst focusing on the general real estate matters which includes:

  • Restrictive Covenants;
  • Easements;
  • Adverse Possession;
  • Boundary Disputes; and
  • Adverse Possession.

Zoe also has experience with dealing with more contentious planning and environment issues including,

  • Judicial Reviews;
  • Modification Orders;
  • Waste Management; and
  • Enforcement Notices.

Personal Interests:

In her spare time, Zoe supports St Catherine’s Hospice, a charity which is close to her heart. She regularly volunteers for a number of different fundraising events at the Hospice and is keen to promote its good work. She is also keen to support groups such as Ladies in Property and Women in Property in Lancashire and Cumbria.

Zoe has a passion for travelling and has visited every continent, apart from Antarctica, which she hopes to see soon.

On the weekends, Zoe can be found in the Lake District completing one of the Wainwright walks with her border collie, Roxy.
