He graduated from the University of Kent at Canterbury prior to joining the police, and graduated from the University of Central Lancashire executive MBA programme whilst a serving officer. Richard has professional qualifications in project management and internal audit, and his role in the firm will be to manage risk and compliance issues, ensuring that the firm meets its regulatory obligations, including the protection of client data and assets.
