Natalie joined Harrison Drury’s Kendal office in September 2022, having spent her legal career supporting business clients in Cumbria.
Natalie specialises in helping SMEs and owner managed businesses to avoid and resolve a wide range of legal disputes and has extensive experience in employment law matters including in relation to advising on the employment aspects of business acquisitions and disposals as well as handling complex employment tribunal matters, and supporting clients through restructuring and redundancy processes.
Natalie comes from an agricultural background, living on the family dairy farm, meaning she is also perfectly placed to help agricultural clients with their legal needs, supporting farmers, landowners and other rural businesses.
She is deeply involved in her local community in Kendal and the South Lakes and brings to her legal advice a deep understanding of the local area and its businesses meaning she is perfectly placed to provide the right commercial advice to local businesses who value close working relationships with a local lawyer they can trust.
Natalie is married with two young children, and enjoys spending as much time as possible on her family farm. Natalie has her own flock of sheep including Dutch Spotted Texels and North of England Mules.
