Professional Background:

Eve specialises In Mental Capacity and Private Client Law. She trained at Coupe Bradbury in Lytham dealing with HNW trust and estates work before moving to Plymouth to Foot Anstey assisting Court of Protection panel deputy Patricia Wass for the early part of her career. Eve more recently worked at Linder Myers with the panel deputy Andrew Cusworth both in Manchester heading up their court of protection team and recently leading their private client team at the Lytham office.

Eve manages the financial affairs of those who do not have the capacity to manage their own affairs through the Court of Protection.  Experienced in managing the affairs of children and adults that have lost capacity through acquired brain injury and brain injury at birth Eve also deal with capacity loss through age related brain conditions and learning disabilities.

At Harrison Drury Eve deals with estate planning, tax planning, probate, wills, trusts, estates, care fee planning and elderly client work as well as dealing with power of attorney and capacity issues.  She specialises in estate planning for families of the vulnerable and disabled and also deal with complex financial abuse cases. Eve is also experienced in dealing with complex applications to the Court of Protection for gifting/IHT planning and statutory wills.

Personal Interests:

Eve is married with two children and outside of work Eve enjoys attending the gym, swimming and yoga with a keen interest in travel especially the far east after living in Japan for 7 years.
