Daniel joined Harrison Drury in January 2016 from Napthens Solicitors, having previously spent ten years working for a niche commercial practice in Manchester.
He deals with a variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and secured lending. Daniel also undertakes property development work, dealing with initial site assembly, options, conditional contacts, and planning and utility agreements.
Daniel has experience acting for a wide range of clients, including developers, banks, investors, companies, large rural estates and high net-worth individuals.
A keen football and cricket fan, Daniel also enjoys running in his spare time and is a member of the Sale Harriers in Manchester, although this doesn’t always compliment his other favourite pastime of visiting all the region’s various pubs and restaurants!
