Professional Background:

Claire specialises in Will drafting, the preparation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney, the administration of estates and court of protection applications.

Claire is well known for her outstanding Client service and her calm and sensitive approach to all matters. She is able to draw on a wealth of experience to deal with any issues her Clients may bring to her.

Claire joined Harrison Drury in 1984 and remains one of our longest serving members of staff. She took some time off to care for her young children but returned to the practice in 2002.

Claire graduated in Law from the University of Hertfordshire and attended The College of Law in Chester. She initially worked for Whisker & Co Solicitors in Harlow before moving to Preston following the marriage to her husband, Paul.

Personal Interests:


Claire is a keen walker and can often be found at weekends fell walking in the Lake District. She enjoys cooking and entertaining and is the proud owner of a Hungarian Vizsla, Monty. She has also recently taken up ballroom dancing and even picked up a few tips from Len Goodman.
