Our Commercial Property team continues expansion

We have expanded our senior legal team again by appointing our fourth specialist solicitor of the year.

Commercial property expert Iain Hall has joined us from law firm Marsden Rawsthorn, which has offices in Preston and Chorley.

He brings more than 20 years experience of acting for both landlords and tenants of commercial premises, and in freehold sales and purchases of all types of commercial property. Over the years he has also acted for a number of major developers across the North of England.

Iain trained with Hammonds in Leeds, and after qualifying spent several years working in Accrington and then with Napthens in Preston. He then joined Cobbetts as a partner, where he worked in Manchester and later Leeds.

With more than 20 years experience in the industry, Iain has gained a reputation for personal service and for his hands on approach. We are confident that his vast expertise will be invaluable to all his colleagues and clients.
