Harrison Drury celebrates office launch

Law firm Harrison Drury has marked the opening of its Lancaster branch with an official office launch event.

Local professionals and key business people gathered at The Borough Hotel, close to the firm’s new premises in Dalton Square, to mark the unveiling of the new office which is allowing Harrison Drury to provide businesses in the area with a full commercial legal offering.

The event was attended by guests from a variety of professional sectors, ranging from financial services to digital and creative.

John Chesworth, managing partner at Harrison Drury, said: “The launch of our new office is making it possible for Lancaster’s diverse business community to access specialist corporate and commercial legal advice on its doorstep.

“Lancaster is a hub of innovative and growing businesses and we can now offer a local service and a springboard for further growth as the economy continues its return to strength.”

The event marks Harrison Drury’s second new office opening in as many years. The firm launched its Kendal office in 2013 and also has offices in Preston and Garstang.

Harrison Drury offers a wide range of legal advice to businesses including business protection services, dispute resolution, mergers and acquisitions, property, employment and regulatory and compliance services.

Its specialist sector teams include manufacturing and engineering; property and construction; leisure and tourism; transport and logistics, digital and creative; farming and rural business.
