Wendy Newbury

Wendy has over 26 years ‘experience in the commercial property market. Following her training at a local regional practice; Wendy then moved to work at major City practices in Yorkshire where she gained experience in all aspects of commercial property transactions including the acquisition and sales of commercial estates, development work, retail lettings, investment purchase, corporate support, secured finance and Landlord and Tenant matters. She returned home to Lancashire where she became a Partner at Napthens LLP specialising in the acquisition and disposal of both licensed and unlicensed premises for a major local Brewery.

Latterly, Wendy has also acted for clients in the Transport sector focusing on the acquisition, disposal and letting of sites and undertaken due diligence work for Berwin Leighton Paisner.

Wendy has acted for a wide range of clients including small and medium sized Companies, PLC’s, High net worth individuals, Breweries, Hauliers and Bus Companies, Retailers, Investors, and financial institutions.

Personal Interests:

Wendy, her Husband and son are passionate on sailing and spend most of their weekends sailing around the West coast of Scotland. When she is not on the water; Wendy enjoys cooking, ski-ing, foreign travel and long walks with the family’s golden retriever.
