Laura Bradley

Laura joined the commercial property department at Harrison Drury in January 2018 following four years with Forbes Solicitors, where she qualified in 2015.

Laura advises on a range of transactions including commercial sales and purchases, secured lending and auction sales.  Laura also deals with commercial leases including lease surrenders and renewals acting for both Landlord and Tenant.

Laura is a member of the firm’s Leisure Team and has significant experience of dealing with matters for businesses in the sector, including advising landlords and tenants in respect of leases for bars, restaurants and gyms; and, dealing with secured lending relating to properties such as holiday lets.

Personal Interests:

Laura enjoys keeping active in her spare time, representing two local league badminton clubs and is also a member of Bolton Golf Club.
