We’ve handled hundreds of licence applications and have an awareness and understanding of local policy decisions. Variations in the interpretation of the law exist between one local authority and another and we have knowledge of the differing interpretations of all the surrounding authorities (and many more).
We have handled licence applications, including contested applications and reviews, for major music events such as the Greenwich Meantime Festival, Lytham Proms and the Junction 16 festival.
Similarly, we have represented our clients when they have been involved in licensing disputes, including proceedings brought in the Magistrates’ Court by local authorities and other regulatory bodies, such as the Health and Safety Executive.
