Meet Harrison Drury’s family law team

Share

Harrison Drury has significantly expanded its divorce and family law offering in recent months following a number of key appointments.

Damian Baron joined the firm as a partner and head of family law in 2012 and was recently joined by experienced family solicitor Janine Hutson. This followed the appointment of family lawyer Shena Baron in 2011.

Our family law experts are also backed up by an experienced support team, headed by Joanna Chesworth, ensuring clients get an excellent level of service.

Damian specialises in divorce and relationship breakdown cases involving the division of finances and property. He frequently advises clients where business assets are at stake, as well as other high net worth individuals.

Janine specialises in advising clients on the division of assets as part of a divorce or separation, and making arrangements for contact with children. She also has experience of preparing and advising on pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements.

Shena also acts on all aspects of family law, including divorce and separation, children issues and financial disputes.

All of our family law team are members of Resolution, a national group of family lawyers committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes.

Harrison Drury offers a professional and discreet family law service, helping its clients to move forward through the deep emotional and financial issues involved in family law cases.

The firm offers a free no-obligation initial 30-minute consultation.
